AVANSUM LLC has been one of the leading resident companies of the Mogilev Free Economic Zone (FEZ Mogilev) since 2008. The company specializes in the manufacturing of PVC, aluminum, and timber windows and doors, as well as insulating glass units (IGUs).

AVANSUM LLC is the largest manufacturer of glazed building systems in Belarus, with a production capacity of up to 2,500 units per day.

As part of its investment project, the company is implementing a strategy aimed at developing a modern, export-oriented manufacturing facility.

Through the implementation of the investment project, the company has launched the production of:

●        PVC, aluminum, and timber glazed structures;

●        energy-efficient insulating glass units incorporating Low-E glass (an innovative low-emissivity material that reduces heat loss by reflecting infrared radiation), ensuring a stable indoor temperature and improved energy efficiency.

The production complex is equipped in accordance with European standards and includes 10 automated production lines for glazed structures. The facility features a HOMAG Profi BMG CNC machining center, specialized equipment for manufacturing arched structures, as well as machinery for producing jumbo-size insulating glass units.

The company's products are in high demand both in the Belarusian market and internationally. AVANSUM holds a leading position in the CIS market through the continuous implementation of innovative technologies and lean manufacturing principles.

The company was among the first in the industry to introduce the innovative Tilt First "Child Safety" system for window and door structures.

Today, AVANSUM LLC represents:

●        more than 350,000 window units manufactured annually;

●        a dealer network of over 1,500 partners;

●        exports to more than 10 countries, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation, the United States, and several European countries.

The AVANSUM investment project is a successful example of the effective redevelopment and utilization of previously unused industrial property. Through extensive reconstruction and modernization of its production facilities, the company has established a high-tech manufacturing operation.

The actual volume of investments has significantly exceeded the initial planned targets.

Based on its performance in 2025, AVANSUM LLC was honored with a place on the Board of Honor of the Oktyabrsky District of Mogilev in recognition of its status as one of the district's leading enterprises.
